As a U.S.-registered nonprofit operating services in Uganda, Reach APAC complies with both:
Reach APAC is legally registered in both the United States (Indiana) and Uganda, and complies with applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws as well as Uganda’s Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.
